The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with essential amenities, but street noise can be a downside. The friendly service, convenient location, and proximity to key spots are big pluses, although the dining options may not cater to all dietary preferences.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfy, but on the smaller side. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were some language barriers. The location was super convenient, close to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. The dining options were just okay, nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent place for a short stay.
Rooms

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower and toilet were spotless. The room felt pretty new, but it was on the smaller side with limited space to move around. There was a unique tapered shelf on the wall.
Service
7.0
The staff was helpful and friendly, although there were some language limitations. They were accommodating and made an effort to assist but had difficulty with English beyond basic communication.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center and near major attractions like the Temple Bar area. It was convenient but not right in the noisy city center, striking a perfect balance.
Dining

The dining experience was adequate, nothing special. The options were limited, and there weren't many choices for special dietary requirements. It was decent but not exceptional.
Facilities

The hotel had modern facilities and was well-maintained. It offered good value for the price paid, considering the overall cleanliness and friendly staff.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the city center, within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms, though small with minimal space around the bed, were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The dining options were good, but limited early in the morning. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and accessible.
Rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with limited English proficiency. Breakfast orders needed to be sent in advance due to parking constraints.

The hotel is well connected to the city center, offering easy access to Dublin's attractions. It's situated in a convenient but not the most upscale area, providing a quiet retreat after enjoying the nearby lively spots.

The hotel offered a cozy room that was small but had everything I needed for my 3-night stay. The service was welcoming and informative, especially Sebastian, who gave great recommendations for exploring Dublin. The location was convenient, just a few blocks away from the tourist crowds, with an excellent pub nearby. Overall, a good value for a city stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms at the back of the hotel were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the rainfall shower was amazing, being on the ground floor with a view of a grim-looking alleyway made me uncomfortable to open the window or curtains. However, the peace and quiet were a plus point for me.

The rooms at the back of the hotel were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the rainfall shower was amazing. However, being on the ground floor looking out onto a grim-looking alleyway was a bit unsettling for me.
Service

The staff were great, very helpful, and really nice and helpful. They went out of their way to recommend good locations to visit and even brought us to an extremely beautiful park to view all of Dublin. Their service is definitely worth praising.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel was ideal for my purposes near the Mater hospital and Busaras bus station. It was within walking distance to lots of restaurants, entertainment, and downtown Dublin. The only downside was that it is not too close to the rest of the city.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix. While the food was fabulous with an extremely good selection of continental and cooked options, the dining area itself was just okay. The location in a lovely conservatory added to the ambiance. However, there was lots of variety but lacked quality. The peanut butter was a highlight.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers nice facilities, but some areas need improvement. The dining experience, while having good food choices, lacked quality. The rain shower in the room was a luxurious touch. The hotel could enhance its amenities and possibly invest in a coffee machine for added convenience.

The hotel's location is very central, making it easy to get around, but it's not in the most salubrious part of town. The rooms, though lovely and cozy, are very small with limited space around the bed. The service was excellent overall, but there were some issues with the internet and TV volume control. The dining experience was very tasty, especially considering the rich and tasty menu, in the middle of Dublin with the convenience of airport shuttle service. The hotel offers a great location, cozy rooms but with limited space, excellent service, and a rich dining menu.
